The Nintendo DS was the first device to hint at how touch screens could be integrated into DJ setups in the future. Scott Hobbs has taken this one step further with the ATTIGO TT.

The ATTIGO TT is a full-scale setup relying on interaction between the DJ and two large touch screens. The questions remains whether or not this technology will eventually replace the tried and tested CDJs or 1210s. My guess is that with the likes of Serato and Traktor Scratch still selling in very significant numbers, the modern DJ still requires some form of tactile ‘feedback’ which a pair of screens could never replicate.
