When will my order be delivered?
The information panel on the product page shows when your order will ship from our warehouse, subject to acceptance of your order.
We use Royal Mail packet post to ship small, low value, lightweight items such as headphones and cables. This service is usually next working day but isn't guaranteed. If you must have your order next working day, please upgrade your delivery to a morning service, as this will be dispatched on a premium service.
All heavier, bulkier, and more expensive items are shipped using Fedex or DHL. Your order will usually be delivered next working day when you order before 4pm (to a UK mainland address)
We use DHL to deliver to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Your order will usually be delivered in 2 working days if you order before 3pm.
When we ship an order to you, we'll send you an e-mail confirming that your order has shipped. This e-mail informs you of the method we've used to ship the goods, and where required, also contains a consignment number allowing you to check the status of your order with our courier. Please refer to your shipping e-mail for information on how we shipped, and how to track your order.
If you are having your order delivered to a business address, they will make 2 attempts to deliver the goods during the working day (9am to 5.30pm) after which they will be held in your local branch for a further 3 days, before being returned to us.
If you are having your order delivered to a residential address, they will attempt your delivery once, and leave a card if you are not home. You should contact them using the number on the card and quoting your consignment number to re-arrange your delivery, within 3 working days, or your order will be returned to us as a failed delivery.
If you miss a second delivery, the goods will be held at the delivery branch for 3 days, before being returned to us, You should contact your local branch within this time to arrange to collect the goods. Please take identification that proves you live at the delivery address, as they will not be able to release the goods to you without this.
Please note that orders which require further delivery attempts, delivery to a different address to that given at time of ordering, or are returned to us (as you have not been at the delivery address to receive the goods, or collected them within the time frame outlined above) will be subject to re-delivery charges. Refunds given for goods returned to us due to a failed delivery will be made less the cost to us of shipping the goods to you, and the cost of returning the goods to us.
Please note that next working day delivery is not available to remote or non-mainland locations.
