I didn't love the crossfider at all! the mixer really looks very good but I got disappointing. There is a lot of differants between the VMX-200 and the DJX-700 - he is perfect!!!!! I work with it + 2X Pioneer 100 and the sound was increadible! 2005-03-16

When I opened the package I knew this mixer was good. This mixer looks and is amazing. The advanced features like Reverse crossfade and crossfader curve adjustment is great. You can really do some sick mixes with this mixer. Mint crisp crossfader ultra smooth . For the money and how well this mixer is made you cant go wrong. For amatuer and intermediate dj's this is a great buy!!!! 2004-11-08
good long lasting mixer for biginners

i would recommend it to a biginner due to the fact the cross fader will a good beatin'. forgot the bpm, build quality is good, worth the money, i found scratching fine, the surround feature does work if u turn it up full, had mine for over a year no cackles or pops 2004-06-20
Don't buy for the bpm counter

This mixer is brill!!!! very easy to use, and for a budget price it gives u options. Thats all good, the only problem is with the bpm counter. It doesnt work properly. Anyway is a good buy... 2004-06-01

This really isn't that good a mixer, alrite for beginners i guess but you'll soon get sick of it. The surround effect is pointless, as are the bpm counters. The bass eq does nothing till u nearly turn it right down and the faders cut into quick, even with the adjust button. The gain/monitor doesn't work v well either. 2004-04-19

Had this mixer almost a year and have not regreted buying it one bit.

the bpm counter is pointless it only goes up to 160bpm and for drum n bass it doesnt go anywhere near the standard bpm of tunes but dont use beat counters you wont get anywhere

but apart from that this mixer has excelent value for money. The crossfader curve is brilliant and so is the hampster switch. Ideal beginer mixer and is suprisingly good for scratching. 2004-04-08
A Solid, Easy to Use, Good looking mixer spoilt by Sound quality

The build quality of this mixer is excellent, knobs and faders are over sized and easy to use and it even has a beat counter (which dosent work all that well)to top it off. Brill.... But wait, behringer have forgotten somthing....sound quality. The treble on this mixer sounds as though its been dragged backwards through 10 hedges then limply chucked at you. Bass is ok but not very deep and mid range sounds far too loud and crackily.

ive tried many different settings but nothing makes much difference. Ive now gone back to my 90 pound numark mixer which has poor build but good sound.

what a rad mixer! im predominantly a scratch Dj and this mixer was perfect for it! the cross fader is really smooth and did take a bit of getting used to but all in all this mixer is the best you can buy for the price highly reccomended to all DJ's of any level. you wont even need to consider any other mixer in this range! 2003-06-05

I got this mixer for £89 and thats pretty good for a mixer with a beat counter although its pretty crappy.the mixer has loads of good features like rotary kills and loads of adjustments.
