come ci come ca

Bought after my Stanton 500 finally kaputted (after 4 3.5years service) decided as I was a poor student to go with these.
Results were as expected, not too great I was impressed by lack of jumping and it let me scratch, but not really.
Considering the fact that my Stantons lasted so long, these lasted barely 5 months. The extra you would pay is well worth it.
My advice, don't compromise it will save you in the long run.

use them uless ur a professional

This is a decent neddle, it doesn't snap when skratching... i assure u, my groove tools have gone throught the fastest skratches i have ever done and i dropped a strobe light on it... scratched my vinyl a bit but the neddle still works fine, not bent or damaed at all. Only complaints i have are, you need to put more than the recommended weight to make it skip proof and the vocals sound a bit like they are in a tin can. But i've compared them to my mates ortofon pro's and the only difference in sound is that the vocals are alot clearer. If your like me and got them with one of the numark starter packs then stick with them till your doing DJing for a living or u want to record a lot of things and it needs to be the best, because i have more important things i could spend £70 on than a set of Shure M447's

Cheap, good for beginner only.

Simple,
its cheap, so its not great.
just good for beginners.
all ppl below prob aint got much hands on experience with other needles therefore they jus make up they know what they chatting about.
overall: good for beginners to make sure they like what there doing dj`ing. If they like it and got the money and wanna be more pro, these are not what ur gonna use! Simple as that!!

Great as a temporary cart or if you're learning to mix!
By:

Is there any point in me writing this review, the previous reviews seem to have said everything about this cart and stylus. I'm going to have a go anyway though!
i must first say how impressed i was at the quick next day delivery, promised by most online stores but usually never up to expectations.
now, the cart itself! Alright, it's not exactly the rolls royce of cartridges. In fact it's more like a skoda! But if somebody offered you a skoda this cheap would you buy it? Ok, so maybe that wasn't the best example!
these carts are outstanding value for money and do the job well, not for scratching but for starting / temps they're great.
i recommend everybody should have a pair of these carts spare in case of emergency because they do the job just fine
snap these up now, before people realise how great they are and there won't be none left!
thoroughly recommended, very good value for money!

good for starting out with, but they are chep for a reason, the give out not bad sound, but are c**p for scratching, i good cheap backup but if you want to scratch or start doing gigs ect you must upgrade, i recomend the ofrton om pro s for £43

wickedist

When i give them 5 out of 5, im not comparing them with others, i am giving that because for under a tenner each. they r perfect. if u r a bit timmid about scratching, cos you might snap your new pretty new shure or stanton carts, you arnt gonna get anywhere. so these are perfect to build your confidence, on how strong they actaully are. they look crappy, but pound to pound, they are the ones for the price range

very good for 1st time djing

This cartrige is very good for the begginer dj, but should not be used for scratching as it will just snap! But otherwise it is a brilliant cartride.
