i would like to only give these 2 out of 5 but they do have a really nice feel to them. i have a ppd01 mixer with these faders on every channel which i thought was great meaning i could replace the faders easily in the unlikely event that they would all die and crackle and leak. well ive replaced the xfader twice in the year ive had the mixer and im now going to have to replace all 3 faders as the upfaders are now screwed through general use this is going to cost me £63 + pp. my mates with vestax ordianary pcv corssfaders have lasted way longer. i think the fact its digital does make the feel different and good for scratching. however its length of life makes it generally terrible and a hastle to replace when u need to replace all the faders.
