Numark 200FX Mixer

- Effects Unit Powered by Alesis Technology
- DJ Microphone Input
- Balanced XLR Outputs
- Split Cue / Cue Mix
The 200FX is a karaoke friendly version of the CM200 mixer - a 19" rackmount mixer that's aimed firmly at the mobile DJ, and offers him all the essential stuff, and a good range of inputs and outputs on it's 4 channels (5 lines, 3 decks and 4 microphones can be connected) Each input has a gain control and 3 band EQ controls. It also features a DJ microphone input with on/off switch.
Also onboard the FX version, is a powerful effects unit, powered by Alesis digital technology, which can add a range of reverb, echo, chorus and hall effects, making it ideal for the karaoke DJ.
It's also got a replaceable crossfader, which can be assigned to any of the music channels and a range of cueing options such as split cue and cue mix.
The only negative thing we can find is the way Numark on making the faders reach the correct 0 dB level at about the 80% mark on the faders, meaning over-keen fingers can push the output into the red. Get round this small issue, and it's an excellent mixer.
