i was gettin sick of putting my equipment on ordenary tables which arnt really sturdy so i went and bought this desk with the starcloth. great buy i think so its Easy to assemble & sturdy. only thing i have to do is put shelves on it for the likes of the amp dj player and dmx controler apart from that BRILLENT BUY 10/10 2009-05-27

OK unfortunately more praise for this excellent unit. Doddle to assemble as long as you remember to put the lighting slots on the outside. Good fixings. One tip, take the feet off and then put superglue inside to secure them fully on. 2009-03-30

I Recomend This Stand Because it is Fast and easy To set up and Rig your lights to. Only bad think is My amp wont go on any shelf Unless it is turned side ways. Still good for Money. 2008-10-13

We were really unsure whether or not to buythis item as it was really cheap but went with it anyway. Great move - because the stand is very solid and safe. Easy as anything to set up (No Instructions - none needed!) Looks very very professional aswell. Best £77 we've spent. If in doubt we'd say Go For It! You'll be presently suprised. Only two things to say really - Excellent Delivery, Excellent Product!
No instructions but took me all of 5 mins to fully assemble (it really doesn't need instructions). I got the 120cm version and it's more than adequate for my stuff. Really can't fault this at all and believe me - I've tried! 2007-05-23

only prob i had was plastic nut housing snapped off when over tightend but a bit of glue sorted that 2007-02-13

I bought the 6 foot one on recommendation of the David (DJstore staff member), and sod me its big!

I would recommend this as a good starting point for any mobile DJ etc. Until you can afford a really good custom job. Only thing I wish they did was some wooden shelves for it.

This is the biz, does exactly what it says, fits together in 5 minutes as long as you remember that the poles for the lighting gantry go on the outside, otherwise you scuff your fingers, and the thing looks skewiff.

Seriously though, this is excellent - will probably get a 6 footer, when I get a bigger van. 2006-03-14

What can i say? Another top quality product from DJStore! Got the 120cm version of this stand. Pleanty of room for all my gear and to hang the lights on. Fantastic build quality. Really easy to set up.

Only thing i would say is it does not come with instructions of how to put together, (at least mine didnt) so the first time - your kinda in the dark with it. - Easy enough to work it out though! Overall rating 5/5 2005-11-07
Excellent, Really Sturdy

Well what can I say a very nice stand, especially for the money! I opted for the larger 6" stand and boy is it big! Plenty of room for all those lights.

It's also really handy that you can adjust the height of the lighting bar so you can really customise your setup to the room that your in.

I'm using a custom built (flightcase size) unit to house my computer, screen and mixer and it stits lovely on this unit. Made a front to clip on to the unit out of dark blue cloth with splashes of white on it to make it look like a star cloth hehe, still looks good though.

Top product with one small modification

Wow, wow and like wow again. Got the 120cm stand from djstore.co.uk and its easily the best piece of kit i've purchased in a very long time. The rig when erected was better than i expected for the price. Its also huge and i only bought the 120cm version. All my parcans and light effects are now in one place and my precious amp is now safely stowed away on the middle shelf. I've made one modification :- i cut some bits of mdf, painted 'em black, and screwed some plastic runners on the bottom to give a flat surface across the top and bottom shelves. I did this because my amp, cd players and mixers are not flight cased and there's quite a gap between the two bars that made up the shelves otherwise. Finally, i've also found the rig is at its most sturdy, fully loaded. Without lighting on the top beam, it did tend to wobble just a little.

all in all though, fully recommended. 2005-05-23

Excellent stand for the money, I bought the 6ft one, a lot bigger than I thought it would be!

Really easy to store, about 8 seperate small parts.

Just remember when setting it up to have the poles for the lighting stand on the outside of the table ends, otherwise the lighting bar won't fit onto the poles... took me about 30 minutes to work that 1 out! 2004-12-03
