Not too bad at all

Like many other reviewers I got my set free with a package I bought about 3 years ago. Ive used them consitantly since, and have only recently upgraded to a pair of Sennheisers. The Numarks have never given me any hassle. The high end is not great, and they battle a bit in anything more than a house party, but overall the quality is good. My mixes have improved though, now I have better headphones...

I got a pair of these free with a DJ Package i purchased and to be fair the first pair i got pretty much went to pot within a few weeks but they were replaced for me and the second set i recieved have been fantastic. they are comfy to use, the beat is still very predominant while mixing and iv not had any other problems with them. for a budget set of headphones these are the best i have ever used, however for club use etc etc i would reccomend the Sennheiser HD215 Headphones :o)

I bought the Numark starter pack and these headphones lasted me a year - I've just upgraded and bought some of the Technics 1200 cans. not because the HF125s broke, just that i've started playing out and they dont cut it in a club/bar! Brilliant for the price and will do fine for any bedroom DJ to start with.

These headphones are good for home use, but if you plan to do any clubs or such get something with bigger drivers. These headphones were great the first couple weeks, but then they started to loose their punch, and it's hard to hear the bass kicks now so I have a hard time beat mixing with them.

For the price - fantastic, the sound is good and can keep reasonable sound quality with bass etc. However, biggest draw back i think is comfort, they are not the best fitting or most comfortable pair of headphones in the world. However, it terms of quality, if you are looking for a pair of cheap headphones, you wont find any with as good quality as these. My e-amil addy is provided with this review, any questions e-mail me!

I got these free with my TT500/DXM06 package. they arnt to bad at all. I have to admit I am suprised. The bass is pretty good . Pretty clear sound. Im sure they wont last long only time will tell, but overall I think these are good for a quick fix.

I have had these headphones about 10 mnths now after they came with my battle pack. The sound quality is still as crisp as it was on day one, but the lead is starting to disintergrate, as is the thin layer of leather around the earpiece. Good while they last but then get some more!

Got these free with my tuntables and I've used them Djing for nigh on a year. Your not gonna get HiFi sound for this price, but the frequency response is just right so you can hear whats important for beatmixing. Theyre very durable and are petrfect for the bedroom. Dont really go loud enough for playing out other tha the smallest bar venue, but for the tiny asking price theyre really good.

I got them free with a package, they're OK but I got some Sony MDRV300's for £20 and they difference, my god! They'll do for a little bit but I would defonately recommend upgrading as soon as you can.

Not bad, good value for money

These headphones are very durable and hard wearing with a strong comfortable padded headband which is unlikely to break. The ear cups are comfortable too and the padding does a good job of blocking out the sound from a loud club. They are only £15 which is very good value for money. However, cranking up the volume reveals a lack of treble sound and a slight lag in bass which may cause problems in beat mixing.

They sound ok until you start to turn up the volume and then the bass starts to seriously lag behing the treble making the music sound as though it's wading through mud.

Definately between 4 or 5 out of 5. Although free, or although normally only costing 15 quid - they are definately a bargain. I am a fairly busy dj working about 4 nights a week doing weddings parties and clubs - my gear gets abuse, but these phones are really sticking the lack of respect that i give them. Also, the sound quality is more than adequate. Definately a winner!
