To stop the clamp slidding downwards we put a dycem anti slip insert and that really works - buy dycem from any disable product shop and it comes in flat sheets. We load some really long and heavy spots with no problems. 2004-06-16

Got these clamps for my pro light goal post stand. They do make putting the lights up easier and quicker but with my abstract futurescan's and glad rev's you can't mount them 360" as the weight of the light pulls the clamp round no matter how much you tighten them up they just slip round the bar. may be some rubber inside the clamp would help.
