Underneath is a smaller shelf, perfectly sized to hold the audio interface or scratch-amp for digital DJ solutions. This stand is awesome. Used thoroughly in clubs and bars with my Macbook. Dont agree with the 4 stars below as i never use the tie wrap and it doesnt effect its performance!

A very well made stand that i have been waiting for. I use a powered mixing desk and the feet of this stand fit under perfectly the height of the stand is bang on, The only down side, dropping this a star on the rating's chart is that a cable tie is required to keep the stand up rght.
