Amazing build quality for the price!

I have had this mixer now for over two years and i still can't believe how good it is. I regularly play out on Allen&Heath equipment and the cross fader on this is way better on this. Mines a rotary one so i have no upfaders! i had a normal one before that which was faulty from new, it was replaced with a rotary one which suits my djing style much better i find (house). The eq on this is brilliant, its very powerful! Another bonus which hasn't been mentioned yet is that it has two headphone outputs which can be used simaltaneously (ideal for use with the new peavey grapper sampler say). This mixer has seen a lot of use in the time i have had it and the faders feel as good as new. Certainly one to consider if you want lasting quality. 2004-09-30

You simply cant go wrong for the money the sound quality is excellent and the crossfader is very smooth, I would have liked a curve control buy ya cant grumble.. Always gonna buy from DJSTORE its the best dealer ever!! 2004-08-02
The dogs!

I've wanted to get back on the decks for about 4 years now and thought it's time to buy some decent kit. I've had this mixer for just over a week and in a nutshell it's the dogs! X fader is going to take a bit of getting used to (very light) but apart from that the features are so easy to learn and use. If you are like me and have previously used 2 faders and a cross fader and are considering something with flexibility this mixer should seriously be considered. very impressed, but could be better

Good stuff, looks amazing, and all the faders are super smooth. Sound quality is really good even on big systems. Crossfader curve control should have been included though and its a bit awkward if you wanna connect to your soundcard. If you want sound quality and build quality then a great mixer. 2004-01-12
Great quality in build & sound

This mixer is superb. The sound quality is warm and full. Well laid out, and the kill switches kill the lo, mid or hi end completely (which seems hard to find in mid price range mixers). Great value for money. 2004-01-06
Outstanding quality mixer

You can't go wrong with this mixer. Not had it long so can't comment on lastability but the sound and build quality are both superb! Kills and EQs are perfect for long smooth mixes and the third channel will come in handy when I get myself a CD deck. Worth every penny. Trust Vestax for quality.

Great mixer for a great price!!

Very nice mixer. Had it for nearly a year now, and it's still going strong. The PCV crossfader is very smooth, and the sound quality very good. When I got this mixer it did improve my mixing - because everything is layed out so well. It looks very nice too! Feels like it should be worth a lot more money. You wont be dissapointed if you decide to buy one of these. 2003-08-11

The bees knees!!

I've had this mixer a couple of months now and I am very impressed. X-fader is smooth as a baby’s bottom, the layout of the controls is perfect, lots of lines to connect your cd/md or whatever and the overall look of the beast is fantastic.

I'm sure this mixer will take a lot of wear punishment. Although when the faders have had enough the face plate can be removed and the faders replaced.

Overall this is a great piece of kit and unless you can afford a 600+ quid mixer you won’t be disappointed.

I love the crossfader, it feels so smooth. I'm not sure about the kill switches. They do work o.k, but they just don't feel right. I'm not convinced that they will put up with extended use. All the channel eq's and volume faders are smooth enough however, and there are plenty of outputs and inputs so you can hook her up to almost anything. I used it at an outdoor party, hooked up to a 1.5K rig and the sound quality was perfect. 2002-06-16

Absolutely wicked mixer. Has allowed me to improve my mixing no end. Kill switches are cool, crossfader is superb quality. All i need now is an effects pad 2002-03-15

Just got it. So far so good. The sound quality is really good...right up there with numark and rane mixers. The kill switches are kinda funky but they do work fine. Not a bad mixer.
