• I was very happy with the quality of service I received. My order was sent from Scotland on the Monday and I received it Tuesday. In Kent! Whilst waiting for delivery I had a query and using the 'Chat' feature it was answered within minutes. I think there are cheaper places out there but when you consider the quality of service and efficient delivery it is well worth the extra couple of quid!! Would highly recommend to others and would certainly use again when after more DJ equipment.

• Just to say how brilliant it was that you were able to tell me just what product I needed, even though I had next to no information to hand (I was moving house, decks were packed). Very impressed that you could look up what model of mixer I bought all those years ago, and check whether the adaptor I had selected would work with it. I naturally sang your praises on Twitter immediately after speaking to you / making my purchase. Also, I needed the adaptor for an amusing DJ gig at a five year old's birthday party. And since the adaptor was indeed the right one, and worked perfectly, you helped make 20 e-numbered kiddiewinks very very happy. Even if they don't know what records are, and were utterly perplexed as to why I might need two record players. Thanks very much.
