What time do I have to order by for Next Day Delivery ?

Place your order by 4pm for UK Mainland or Northern Ireland Next Working Day Delivery.

We'll process and dispatch in stock products right up to 4pm Monday to Friday, and your order will normally be delivered the next working day.

You'll need to place your order by 4pm Friday for delivery using our Saturday morning service.

Orders placed over the weekend (after 4pm Friday) will be processed and shipped on Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday

Orders placed on public holidays (i.e. Bank Holidays/Christmas) will be processed the next working day.

Next Working Day Delivery, Morning Delivery and Saturday Service is not available in the Republic of Ireland or Europe.


When will my order be despatched ?

The availability of all products is shown on the product information page.

in stock means the product is available and will normally be shipped the day it is ordered if the order is placed by 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm, or over the weekend are processed and shipped the next working day.

Low stock means we're down the the last few of the item and it is advised to check availability before ordering.

out of stock means the product is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer. In this case we will give an estimated time when we believe the product will be back in stock based on information we receive from our suppliers.

shipped direct from supplier means that the item will usually delivered to you directly from the manufacturer which may take 1-5 working days

Discontinued Item means this product is no longer available.


What delivery services do you offer ?

We ship all in-stock items the day you order (Monday to Friday) if you place your order by 4pm.

This will normally be delivered next working day by DPD, Interlink or Royal Mail using their packet post service (for small, low cost, lightweight items).

We also offer a range of premium timed services that can be added to your order on the delivery options page during our checkout. These services are only available to mainland locations, and are not available on non-mainland, remote or rural locations. If you're not sure if a service will be available at your address, please contact us quoting your postcode, and we'll check it for you.

Monday to Friday AM Service - £15.00 - This next working day service ensures your delivery will be with you before 12 noon.

Saturday Service - £15.00 - Delivery on Saturday if you order by 4pm Friday.

If you place your order during the week, and specify Saturday delivery, we'll hold your order, and dispatch it on Friday for delivery the following morning.


When we ship an order to you, we'll send you an e-mail confirming that the order has shipped. This e-mail informs you of the method we've used to ship the goods, and also contains a tracking number allowing you to check the status of your order at the couriers website (tracking is only available on courier deliveries)

Delivery to Republic of Ireland and Europe is made by DPD and takes 2-5 working days. You can find more information on our Europe page.

Deliveries by post are made using the Royal Mail packet post service, and are normally delivered next working day by your postman, but can take up to 5 days to deliver. If you cannot accept the delivery, a card will be left, and it will be held at your local branch for 7 days before being returned to us.

If you are having your order delivered to a business address, they will make 2 attempts to deliver the goods during the working day (9am to 5.30pm) after which they will be held in your local branch for a further 3 days, before being returned to us.

If you are having your order delivered to a residential address, they will attempt your delivery once, and leave a card if you are not home. You should contact them using the number on the card and quoting your consignment number to re-arrange your delivery, within 3 working days, or your order will be returned to us as a failed delivery.

If you miss a second delivery, the goods will be held at the delivery branch for 3 days, before being returned to us, You should contact your local branch within this time to arrange to collect the goods. Please take identification that proves you live at the delivery address, as they will not be able to release the goods to you without this.

Please note that orders which require further delivery attempts, or are returned to us as failed deliveries (as you have not been at the delivery address to receive the goods, or collected them within the time detailed above, will be subject to re-delivery charges. Refunds given for returned goods will be made less the value of the cost to us of shipping the goods to you, the cost of returning the goods to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Next working day delivery is not available to remote or non-mainland locations.


How much will the delivery charge be ? There is a £5 charge for orders under £50 - over this delivery is free to a MAINLAND address, usually next working day, but this isn't guaranteed.

Deliveries to non-mainland locations have additional surcharges:

Northern Ireland - additional £15.
Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of White, and the Scilly Isles cost an additional £15.
The Isle of Man is additional £20

Morning (before 12) delivery is available for an additional £5.
Saturday AM (before 12) delivery service is available for an additional £15.
Sunday delivery service is available for an additional £15

European and Republic of Ireland Deliveries are charged according to weight and will be calculated in your basket at the time of ordering.

Timed delivery services are not available to remote/non-mainland/Northern Ireland/Republic of Ireland or Europe.

All of these delivery options can be added to your order at the checkout. If you fail to add a non-mainland charge to your order at the checkout, we will not be able to process your order until you accept the charge.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday.

Please note we cannot deliver to the PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
We may not be able to deliver certain products to remote/non-mainland locations due to size/weight/other restrictions placed on us.


Can I collect my purchase from your Warehouse ?

Order placed and paid for online must be delivered to the address on the order. However if you wish, you can purchase the items in person from our North London warehouse.
